ios - Get 2G and 3G Network details with CellID in iPhone SDK -

i need cellid,lac etc using iphone sdk.

i have used coretelephony mentioned in given link : get cellid, mcc, mnc, lac, , network in ios 5.1

but getting cell count of 0 , unable cellid,lac. getting mcc , mnc mentioned in above link.

i need cellid , lac of current network cell iphone connected. please help
