how to upload file to Amazon s3 based on angularjs and ruby -

i trying use ng-s3upload me file upload aws based on angualrjs.
in read me file, forth point sever side code. quite confused should put ruby code in ruby application, example folder, , should change on policy, signature , key.

is there use ng-s3upload before? in advance if me on that!
